Tom is an experienced entrepreneur and previously founded Novint Technologies, a robotics company that created the world’s first consumer 3D touch device. He was one of the earliest pioneers in the field of haptics (adding the sense of touch into computers/VR). He led fundraising of over $34 million, licensed tens of millions of dollars of game development, got national distribution, and took the company public. His Novint patents were sold to Facebook. He founded Devvio in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.
Before joining Devvio full time, Ray was a General Partner and Head of European and Corporate Operations for one of the top performing early stage venture capital funds in the United States, The Cottonwood Technology Fund. He has more than 20 years of experience in venture capital, global technology investment, company creation, company building, valuation and strategic financing. Mr. Quintana has an established extensive network throughout the globe with a focus on the US West Coast; US Southwest and Northern Europe’s entrepreneurial, venture, scientific and business community. Additionally, Mr. Quintana has held Strategy & Corporate Development positions for a number of global technology companies including Texas Instruments and Robert Bosch Corporation. Mr. Quintana was a CGMS Fellow at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business where he received his MBA in Corporate Strategy & Strategic Finance.

Mike DiPetrillo has been creating and taking emerging technologies to market his entire 25+ year career. From the first global VoIP networks to the world’s first enterprise search engines and then into his long 18-year career with VMware bringing virtualization, cloud computing, and blockchain from thought to product and growth. At VMware Mike led the growth of the company's Blockchain efforts growing it from a team of two researchers in 2015 into one of the largest enterprise blockchain efforts in the world in use by such customers as the Australian Securities Exchange. Mike is a sought after business leader, speaker, and innovator in technology. Mike brings his knowledge of building many enterprise software products, his business acumen of delivering emerging technology to the Global 2000, and his deep technical expertise to every project he is involved in. In his personal life, Mike is an Eagle Scout and Cub Scout leader, an aviator, and a devoted husband and father to 4 wonderful boys.
Lieutenant General Vincent Stewart (Vince)
Vince is the Founder and CEO of Stewart Global Solutions, LLC, an international consulting organization. He retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after more than 38 years of active commissioned service to the nation. On his final tour of duty, he served as the Deputy Commander United States Cyber Command, one of the 11 Combatant Commands of the Department of Defense with military and civilian personnel stationed worldwide. Prior to that assignment, he served as the 20th Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), culminating an intelligence career by overseeing the global defense intelligence enterprise supporting customers from the President of the United States, to the troops deployed around the world. In his other General Officer assignments, he served as the Commander, Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command and as the Director of Intelligence, for the U.S. Marine Corps. A career intelligence officer, with over thirty years’ experience in national defense, cyber security, information technology development and customer support, he served around the globe in leadership positions for both the Marine Corps and the National Security Agency, specializing in Signals Intelligence and Cyber Operations. He has vast experience in large, complex global and national information operations, information technology deployment, and customer requirement satisfaction. While the Director of DIA, he implemented regionally aligned, integrated analytic mission centers to bring focus to the global challenges facing our Nation. He has the unique ability to integrate complex programs and business operations allowing the organization to focus on mission essential goals. Vince is also a member of a variety of professional associations, public and private boards and serves on government pro bono committees and panels to examine ways to enhance homeland and national security capabilities. He earned a Baccalaureate Degree from Western Illinois University, and has earned Masters’ Degrees in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, Newport, R.I. and in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University, Washington, D.C. Additionally, he has completed executive development programs at Harvard University. Among his awards and decorations are the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Distinguished Service Medal, the Defense Superior Service Medal; the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star and the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal.
Nick is an expert developer in the fields of cryptology and systems design. After receiving degrees in math and business from MIT, Nick spent over 10 years managing software development teams for a number of telcos and startups. He has extensive coding experience across many different domains. Nick’s perspective is shaped by deep interest in cryptology, systems engineering, and business strategy.
Bill has over 17 years of experience in high tech industries. He led the development, licensing, acquisitions and integration of over 100 haptic enabled video games and has managed many large teams across multiple technical fields. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico to receive his BS in Electrical Engineering, and subsequently received his MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington with a focus on robotics and haptic interfaces.
V. Gerald Grafe
Gerald has 30 years’ experience working with computer technology, intellectual property, and startup companies. He served as patent and transactions legal counsel to numerous technology companies, helping raise over $100 million in investment capital, and similar amounts in licensing and technology development funds. Gerald has BS and MS degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a JD, finishing at the top of his class in each degree. He helped define and implement early patent and licensing programs at Sandia National Laboratories before going into private practice. In private practice, he works primarily with small companies with new ideas, helping to define, protect, and finance them, and then to get them into the market.
Lead Software Engineer
Shawn brings almost 20 years of experience developing high performance, distributed scientific algorithms and applications. He started his career at Los Alamos National Laboratory and Fermi National Laboratory writing real-time data acquisition and analysis platforms for experiments in high energy physics. He moved to San Diego in 2008 as the software lead during the commercialization of a novel cargo scanning system that uses naturally occurring cosmic particles to scan shipping containers. Just prior to joining Devvio, Shawn was working on adapting TensorFlow to run on custom processors. When he isn't in front of the computer, he enjoys hiking, biking and spending time outdoors with his family.
Prior to joining Devvio Belem spent 3 years working with one of the top early-stage venture capital firms in the USA. She has developed international strategies for a number of companies and startups in Europe, focused on expanding their markets within Europe as well as exploring new markets in the USA and Latin America. Belem earned her Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Management with minors in sustainable business and circular economy.
Solve is an avid cryptocurrency trader and blockchain protocol investor. He has been working as a blockchain, cryptocurrency, and ICO consultant since 2016 and has been in the Bitcoin space since 2011 as a speculator and investor.
Nimish Patel serves as MSK’s Vice Chairman and is based in the Los Angeles office. His primary focus is corporate and securities laws. He is well versed in drafting complex business transactional documents and securities offerings. Mr. Patel's experience includes mergers and acquisitions for private and public companies, angel and venture capital financing, IPOs, Secondary Offerings, cross border transactions and other financing and corporate restructurings. Mr. Patel currently advises early stage companies as well as publicly traded exchange listed companies on corporate governance and regulatory filing requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission. He also focuses on CryptoAssets and Blockchain Technologies.
Anderson Tan is the Managing General Partner at Alpha Omega Capital, Partner at Launchgarage, an incubator/accelerator and the biggest innovation hub in the Philippines with over 30 startups under its portfolio.,Co-owner at Proudcloud, a local devshop specializing in blockchain, AI and IOT projects, and Venture Partner and Investor at Microventures, a crowd equity platform in Texas. Anderson exited 8 companies - 2 of his own were acquired with the other 6 via angel investments. He started early on as an entrepreneur during his Oxford Brookes college days by selling goods from the Philippines online at eBay UK. At Nikon Philippines Anderson was the Owner and CEO, then sold the Nikon business unit to Think Dharma Inc. a subsidiary of TAO Corp, after making Nikon the number one camera brand in the country for 2012 and 2013 (Source: GFK Asia). During his venture into the food industry with Caffé Tiamo Anderson was the Co-Founder of a joint venture corporation with Jollibee Foods Corp under Coffeetap Corp, which was acquired by Euro-Med Laboratories Phil. Inc. (Manila Hotel and Bulletin Group). He currently has over 10 unicorns under his personal portfolio and angel invested in over 100 startups and 50 token sales internationally.
Andy Parets has over 30 years of capital markets investment and trading experience. Andy is currently Managing Member of Guidepost Capital Management, LLC. Andy also serves as a portfolio advisor at Hilltop Park, a New York based family office. Andy’s capital markets career began at Salomon Brothers where he was a Managing Director heading the New York based risk arbitrage department and serving on Salomon’s Equity Proprietary and Firm Risk Capital committees. Andy’s career includes launching a global risk arbitrage strategy for Moore Capital Management and overseeing Moore’s high yield and distressed business, Investment Manager for ING Group’s merger arbitrage hedge funds and Co-founder and President/COO of Cavoleph Partners, LLC, an equity long/short hedge fund. Greg Scantlen BSEE, CEO CreativeC, has been designing, building, and maintaining High Performance Computing (HPC) Systems for over thirty years. Greg has founded several startups, and engineered hardware and software products for academic, government and commercial use. CreativeC houses, and maintains the Devcash cluster, as well as a compute cluster for the Materials Science Lab at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). CreativeC has specialized in custom hybrid HPC systems, working directly with LANL Scientists to codesign solutions for more than a decade.
